If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, we will refund your entire amount.

Please contact us with your order number and an image of the issue within 7 days from date of delivery. 

Any exchange/return request raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the garment must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, and in its original packaging.

In case of a sizing issue, we will offer you an exchange for a different size, subject to availability of fabric. 

Please note that we only facilitate one exchange/return per product. 

We do not offer any exchange or refund on discounted items.

Please ensure that the products you return are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

We do not offer any exchange or refund for custom orders.

We hold the right to not accept a return in case the product is used, altered or damaged by the customer.

Customer has to self-ship the product if the pin code is out of serviceable area with reverse logistic.

Please note that we will not be able to facilitate a custom request during an exchange.

Post raising a request. an exchange may take up to 12 working days to ship since we’re a made-to-order brand.
